Our client, a fortune 500 company looking for Oracle 11I ITR applications Programmer/ Analyst
Title: Oracle 11i ITR Applications Programmer/Analyst.
Location: Santa Clara, CA or Broomfield, CO or Burlington, MA preferred, may consider remote
Duration: 3 Months +
Contract to hire: Yes.
Visa Status: Green Card or Citizen.
Job Description:
Provide on-going technical support for the ITR modules: iSupport, Field/Mobile Service, Teleservice, Knowledge Mgmt, Calendar, Escalation Mgr, Task Mgr, and Territory Mgt.
Troubleshoot user problems via a thorough understanding of Oracle Apps technical Environment.
Provide Root cause and corrective actions for severe and repetitive issues.
Maintain effective communication with both diverse client and other teams;work closely with clients to resolve problems and provide solutions.
Ability to work independently from a remote location.
Excellent communication and support skills with end users and proven ability to effectively interact with other business and technical analysts.
Involves regular backup oncall weekend shifts. If offshore (INDIA) has more than one hot user issue, they may contact onshore (AMER) backup person for help.
This would involve one 12 hour backup shift every second or third week. Support is given a compensatory day for this backup shift coverage.
